PHILOSOPHY

Hinz Psychology Clinic adopts a holistic approach when treating individuals. We believe in person-centred care and adopt an evidence-based approach to empower individuals to regain control of their lives. We assist you in developing skills and greater insight into understanding your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, whilst examining the factors that may be influencing or maintaining such behaviours. This will assist in increasing your resilience and ability to cope with daily stressors more effectively.

 

Hinz Psychology Clinic has a special interest in working with patients with Personality Disorders, particularly Borderline Personality Disorder however, also treats a range of other symptoms and difficulties  including, however not limited to the following:

 

  • Personality Disorders i.e. Borderline Personality Disorder

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Depression and related disorders

  • Anxiety disorders including Social Anxiety, fears and phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Acute Stress Disorder.
