PAYMENT AND MEDICARE OPTIONS

Individuals are able to receive psychological services without a referral, however, if you would like to receive rebateable treatment sessions a referral letter and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) will be required from your referrer i.e. Psychiatrist, GP or Pediatrician to assess your eligibility for the Better Access to Mental Health Scheme.

If you are eligible you will receive 10 initial individual treatment sessions per calendar year subsidised by Medicare. If you are eligible to receive Medicare rebate you will be able to claim your rebate post session by taking your Medicare receipt into your local Medicare office or by claiming over the phone. Our friendly team is also able to assist by processing your rebate for you for ease and convenience. Medicare rebate per individual session is $136.35. Our fees are well below the recommended fees noted on the APS website.

PRIVATE HEALTH FUNDS

Individuals may be able to receive rebate depending on their situation and level of cover. Individuals are encouraged to speak to their health fund for further information.

NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME (NDIS)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact us 48-hours before your appointment time if you are unable to attend. Any missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48-hours notice of your appointment time may attract a cancellation fee.
